Welcome to the first blog post in our ‘Healthy Eating on a Budget’ series. In this series we’ll bring you seven nutritious, cost-effective meals that are quick and easy to make on a budget. We’ll post one meal idea each week so that you’ll end up with a weeks’ worth of recipes to use to help plan your grocery shop, and cook, when you’re short on time. 

Cooking and eating healthy meals while juggling all the academic demands that semester brings helps us to work well, feel good, and achieve great results.
